NorthEdge Flooring completed the full flooring installation across an 84-unit retirement living community in Sherwood Park, Alberta. The project covered 42,000 sq ft of glue-down luxury vinyl plank throughout the building.

The work was carried out during active construction, running in parallel with other trades on site. Staying on schedule and coordinating within a busy build environment were the key priorities from start to finish.

Glue-down LVP was specified throughout the building — a practical choice for a retirement living environment where stability underfoot and long-term durability matter. The installation was completed unit by unit as the building progressed, keeping pace with the overall construction timeline.
