Yes. We check moisture, fix squeaks, address high/low spots, and use the right underlay or vapour barrier for concrete slabs. Proper prep protects the finish and keeps manufacturer warranties valid.
03Can I supply my own materials, or do you provide them?
Both options work. We carry trusted brands and can also install client-supplied products. We’ll verify specs, acclimation, and installation methods so your warranty stays intact.
04Do you work in occupied homes, and how do you control dust?
